Ⅲ. Finishing Processes
1. 验布 Fabric Inspection——Full-width inspection by manual and machine, mark defects like float yarn, holes, weft skew.
2. 修布 Fabric Mending——Manually mend minor defects (small float yarn, broken warp) to meet factory standards.
3. 码布&打包 Measuring, Folding & Packing——Fold by preset length (e.g., 100m/roll), mark item No., width, density, and pack into rolls.
Ⅰ. Preparatory Processes
1. 络筒 Winding——Splice and wind yarn into large-package knot-free yarn, remove knots and defects.
2. 整经 Warping——Wind hundreds of warp yarns into a beam with preset width and uniform tension.
3. 浆纱 Sizing—— Size, dry and separate warp yarns to form a wear-resistant film.
4. 穿结经 Drawing-in & Lashing-in——Thread warp yarns through drop wires, heald frames and reed to define interweaving rules.
Ⅱ. Weaving Process
织造 Weaving—— Interweave weft and warp yarns into grey fabric by air-jet/water-jet/shuttle, wound into rolls.
